American Insurance Association issued the following announcement on Nov. 6.
On Wednesday, November 20, 2019, APCIA and NAMIC will hold the first in a series of regional programs that will identify differences between the Restatement of the Law, Liability Insurance and the applicable law in targeted jurisdictions. This first program will be held in Philadelphia, PA at Stradley Ronon Stevens & Young LLP. and will cover the following jurisdictions: PA, NJ, DE, DC, MD, VA, WV, OH, MI, and KY.
It will be an in-person presentation, but we will also run simultaneously a webinar that will broadcast the PowerPoint presentation used in the program, in the event you do not attend in person. The program will start at 1:00 pm eastern and conclude before 3 pm. The in-person session will include at its conclusion a Q&A period with the speakers that will be presenting that day.
