United Services Automobile Association Employee PAC - USAA Employee Pac issued the following announcement on April 18.
Forbes has announced that USAA is ranked No. 12 on the Forbes America’s Best Large Employers 2019 – earning its spot on the list for the fifth year in a row.
“We value our employees at USAA,” said USAA Chief Human Relations Officer Pat Teague. “We know they want purpose in their careers, a chance to give back to their communities and to pursue their dreams outside of work. We want to help them do this with world-class benefits and growth opportunities so they can continue to provide our members with the service they deserve.”
In collaboration with analytics firm Statista, Forbes selected America’s Best Large Employers based on an independent survey from a vast sample of more than 50,000 U.S. employees working for companies employing at least 1,000 people in their U.S. operations. The surveys were administered in a series of online panels and provide a representative sample of the U.S. workforce. The America’s Best Large Employers 2019 title serves to reinforce USAA’s reputation as an employer of high quality.
USAA was also awarded the 2019 Gallup Great Workplace Award, FORTUNE’s Best Workplaces in Finance and Insurance Award, and also received a 100 percent rating on the Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s Corporate Equality Index.
