Allianz wants to help its customers 'Be Bold'
The company said it decided on the “Be Bold” theme for 2017 customer reports and talked to philosopher Richard David Precht as well as everyday people.
Allianz posted a story for readers in their report about how the insurer is making customer needs a key focus. As an example, the company featured a story about the Kammerguber family from Simbach in Bavaria. The family lost just about everything in a flood. The company’s man on the scene, Gerhard Koeck, did everything he could to provide aid to his clients.
Last year, about 15,000 customers told the company they were highly satisfied with Allianz’s products, services, advice, claims, benefits and communication, the posting said. The net positive was that the company has maintained that standard over the years, all thanks to moves like the “Be Bold” initiative, the article said.
