Nationwide ranks among Fortune's 100 Best Companies to Work For
According to a recent release sent out by the company, Nationwide has been named to Fortune magazine's 100 Best Companies to Work For list for the third straight year.
“Congratulations to the 2017 Best,” Michael Bush, CEO of Great Place to Work, said in the release. “Leading companies, like Nationwide, are at the forefront of developing the full potential of all their employees. They are working to build Great Places to Work for all, which is better for business, better for people and better for the world.”
Nationwide, which made No. 54 on the list, said it prides itself on fostering an environment where meaningful and engaging career growth is encouraged across the board.
In addition to being one of the best places to work for, Nationwide also garnered honors for being one of Fortune’s World’s Most Admired Companies. In addition, the company has received a 100-percent rating on the Human Rights Campaign’s Corporate Equality Index for 13 consecutive years.
